We are part of a regional food network and support artisanal processing that is anchored in the rural region and keeps the local culture alive.
Host - Network - Responsibility
Chef Alliance is the Slow Food alliance of chefs, their partners and producers of products. A network that is constantly growing, inspiring, exchanging ideas and connecting chefs from all over the world. Of course, we are also represented by our chef Manuel Reheis.
We develop dishes that tell stories, create a link to the landscape, the producers we know personally and have close contact with. We use regional and seasonal foods for our dishes, including products that are threatened with extinction and are protected as passengers in the Ark of Flavour.
We produce every element of the dishes ourselves, avoiding industrially produced goods and additives. Thanks to optimised merchandise management and product range design, no food is wasted.
